Date Unknown Titus Vineyards –
The story is that the wine displays aromas of cassis, blackberry preserve, geranium, violet, and crème brulee flushed with sweet oak spice. It’s recommended drinking time is three to four years from vintage (2008-2010) with about one hour of decanting prior to drinking. Maximum age - 10 years. Unfortunately I can not tell you what this wine tasted like. Not that it was not good or memorable but I drank it months ago and it is now lost in a fog of other good times and wines. So why am I writing about it if I can not give you any good tips. First, it was good or I would have remembered that. Second, I got it for a great price on Woot!. You guys have got to go try these sites out. www.wine.woot.com and www.woot.com. The wine site changes on at least a weekly basis and there are some great bargains. Some people think that these surplus sites are a scam but I can assure you that this one holds up under scrutiny. The wine was shipped professionally packaged and in a timely manner. In addition there was a full sheet included that outlined the wine in detail.
If you haven’t wooted. Try it. Remember that life is too short for bad wine or bad friends. © Sullivan and Ruh Investments, LLC – all rights reserved |
